A home for major arts experiences

At the heart of the region is the award‑winning Shepparton Art Museum (SAM). Affectionately known as SAM, the museum is renowned for its nationally significant collection of Australian ceramics, alongside a dynamic program of contemporary exhibitions, participatory workshops and community-led projects. SAM is also home to the internationally recognised sculpture Woman and Child* by Sam Jinks.
