Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

Bookings are preferred for scheduled public walking tours. The availability of a scheduled tour may be limited if minimum participant numbers are not met, or conversely if the maximum capacity is reached.

Should a tour need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances all pre-booked participants will be notified via phone prior to departure as early as possible.

Group tour organisers are required to provide as much notice as possible should they need to cancel. No cancellation fee will be administered. In the event that Greater Shepparton Visitor Centre needs to cancel a tour guide booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as unsafe climatic conditions and postponement is not possible by mutual agreement, a full refund of any monies paid will be returned.

The Greater Shepparton Visitor Centre will make every effort to ensure a guide is available as booked, but reserves the right to substitute the guide named for another guide. Every effort will be made to secure another PTGAA accredited guide, however this may not be possible in which case an experienced member of staff from the Greater Shepparton City Council tourism team will be provided.
