If you are interested in painting a Moooving Art cow, please read the Artist Policy and register your interest. It is imperative to note that the cows must remain in the Greater Shepparton municipality, they will not be shipped intrastate or interstate.
The artist policy is designed to outline the requirements for both professional artists and community groups wishing to paint a Moooving Art cow.
Being community artwork there are restrictions on the designs and requirements for the cows. Each design will be assessed by a committee prior to being accepted for painting. Artwork deemed inappropriate, unsuitable for public display or not to the artistic standard of the current Moooving Art herd will not be accepted beyond the design stage and may need to be revised, resubmitted or a new design created for submission.
