Due to the weather prediction, This Girl Can 'Move It Beginners' has been postponed until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Beginner level exercise sessions for women who have never exercised before, or not for some time, or are too intimidated to go to a gym. Includes a 5 minute warm up and 5 minute gentle stretching for cool down. Exercises will be body weight only, no high impact or high intensity exercises, no running and no burpees! Functional movements to increase mobility, balance and core strength and resistance training to help improve bone density and protect against osteoporosis.
