KidsTown is the largest outdoor adventure playground in Victoria. Suitable for all ages. Spread over five acres among beautiful river red gum trees, KidsTown Adventure Playground features a fully fenced toddler play space, tree houses, disc golf, monkey bars, sandpits and swings.
In addition to the playground is the Sprout Edible Garden, which is an interactive bushfood and edible garden space.
Designed to entertain, stimulate and educate children through play. Children and parents alike will delight at the creative, imaginative, nature play available to children of all ages and all abilities. The playground includes some wheelchair-accessible equipment.
KidsTown enjoys large grassed areas and shade from peppercorn trees for play, picnics and barbeques. Keep exploring and you will find a magical rainforest path.
The KidsTown nine hole Disc Golf Course is designed to engage the whole family in low impact outdoor exercise and friendly competition. The game combines traditional golf rules and ultimate Frisbee where players throw specifically designed golf discs from a tee pad towards and into an elevated target basket within the course area, while avoiding out of bounds penalties.

KidsTown is home to the Dig In Café. The Dig In Café currently operates Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 2pm and where possible on Public Holidays and during Victorian School Holidays. With a menu designed with little people in mind. There is generally a selection of fresh salad bar options, hot food, lunch meals including kids menu that not only look and taste great, but are good for you (with a few treats too).

Founded in 1995 by the local community, volunteers and sponsors, KidsTown is now owned and operated by the Greater Shepparton City Council. Entry is via gold coin per person which goes towards park operation and maintenance along with funding annual projects to enhance the overall experience.
The playground is open from dawn till dusk 365 days of the year.
