Visitors will enjoy free-ranging kangaroos, emus and wallabies as well as exhibits featuring koalas, echidna, wombats, quolls, native birds, dingoes, flying foxes and more.
The Park’s large aviaries are a bird-lovers paradise where visitors can get up close to cockatoos, parrots, brush turkeys, satin bower-birds, owls and endangered bush stone-curlew.
The reptile house is home to native snakes, crocodile, lizards and turtles. Be amazed by fascinating mini-beasts in the Park’s extensive insect display.
Meander around extensive wetlands, which are home to hundreds of native waterfowl. Climb the observation tower and watch birdlife from one of the viewing hides.
Free animal interactions are a chance to meet the keepers and get up close to the Park’s residents. Schedules may vary, check with the park for activities and times.
Visitor facilities include picnic shelters, café and gift shop. A children’s playground and free BBQs are located at the Park entrance.
Kyabram Fauna Park is an easy 40-minute drive from Shepparton and the perfect day out for families.
10.00am to 5.00pm, open 7 days per week (except Good Friday and Christmas Day)
The park will close on Code Red days for the safety and well-being of visitors and animals.
