Recent years have seen a resurgence in the traditional methods of cheese and cider making - with new generations now following centuries old methods and techniques.

Boutique cheese makers and cideries are popping up across regional Australia. Pairing cider and cheese is only natural, as the 'Farmhouse style' of both cheese and cider making is born from the need to preserve the fresh produce of small farms for consumption throughout the year.

Join Mark & Jenny Morey, cider makers at Cheeky Grog Co and David, a cheese expert from Calendar Cheese for a delicious night of cheese and cider tasting. Enjoy local ciders made from heritage varieties of apples, paired with delicious farmhouse cheeses.

Discussions will cover the cider and cheese making process, the history, and modern applications. Includes substantial cheese and cider tastings.
