As International Day of the Midwife is approaching, it’s important to consider how we can all show our appreciation of this dedicated profession. To do just this, Goulburn Valley Health is hosting a walk at Victoria Park Lake in celebration, and they’re calling on all Goulburn Valley families to join in and participate. Nanna Marce’s food truck and Fast Brew Coffee will be in attendance, so make sure you pack a picnic blanket and some company and make a day of it. Whether you’re looking for an excuse to get in some exercise, enjoy a picnic or counting up your steps for the day, head to the lake from 11.00am to 1:30pm to join in the walk in recognition of these wonderful midwives.
