Multicultural Arts Victoria's latest program NEWPRINT is a brand-new platform all about supporting artists of colour living in outer urban and regional areas. The program will kick off with an end of year, end of lockdown live music show, NEWPRINT: BLOCK 30, in Shepparton on Saturday 10th December 5pm – 9pm.

Shepparton is home to a growing music scene right now and our Shepparton NEWPRINT producers, Ree and Yungkily, have programmed an amazing line up of talent from their communities including:

  • Mr C
  • The Nesian 5
  • Hoodie 4L
  • Dorika
  • Madi Colville Walker
  • Lillie Walker
  • DJ Rivity Rascal Hosted by Monga Mukasa

The show will be an all ages-friendly affair, outdoors by the lake. NEWPRINT ushers in a new generation of boundary-pushing creatives who dream bigger, who are the future of live music programming in Australia.

This will be just the first of many shows to come in Shepparton and Melbourne’s outer suburbs over the coming months. Stay tuned for more – the hype is real!
