It's Trick-or-Treat time! Join us for a non-scary themed parade around the lake to celebrate Halo-ween. Use your imagination and come as your favourite make-believe costumes. Let's see all of the superheroes, princesses, pirates, vegetables, animals and more! Parade starts at 11am from Wyndham Street Playground, Victoria Park Lake. Pack a picnic for after the parade.
