Kids can discover and plant spring tasty harvest at the Shepparton Marketplace these school holidays.
10am - 1pm each day from the 18 - 22 September.
The idea is that the kids come in and learn the difference between fruit and veggies then choose what they want to plant. They then plant the seed into a biodegradable pot.
This is then taken home. The children leave it in the bag in a warm environment till it germinates. After children can plant it into the ground to continue to grow.
This is a free activity to come and enjoy at the Marketplace.
