Calling all international students, international workers, people from migrant and refugee backgrounds and diverse communities living or working in or near Shepparton!
Do you have an interest in storytelling, culture and art? As part of Shepparton Festival 2024, we’d like to invite you to be part of a series of creative workshops.
The workshops will cover a range of different artistic and creative mediums, and will be facilitated by a range of talented and passionate local artists. During the workshops you will be encouraged to explore your various cultural and other identities, and find a way to share your story through the creation of an artwork, that will then be displayed as part of an exhibition at The G.R.A.I.N Store, Nathalia!
You do not need to have any artistic experience to participate in this project, and absolute beginners are very welcome! All you need is a desire to give it a go, learn some new skills, meet some new people and share your story. Why

You can choose to attend some or all of the workshops, depending on your availability. We recommend you attend at least 3 of the workshops to get the most out of your experience. Please contact us to let us know if there are some workshops you can not attend.
