Hear her stories on The Flats, the very place she grew up. Meandering through place, we will arrive by the river side, beside Kaiela, the Goulburn River. With technique advice from Tammy-Lee Atkinson and connecting to place and Country, we will paint our own canvas inspired by the stories shared.

The Flats can be accessed via a short walk from the Chinaman’s Gardens carpark on McLennan Street Mooroopna, or via the Shared Path Network connecting from Shepparton.

From the Chinaman’s Gardens, it is an 800m walk along a sealed path to the start of The Flats.

The event will take place along The Flats Walk which is a gravel path, we will slowly walk around 450m to river side where we will have chairs and tables for painting.

It is noted that there are no toilets at this event, the closest toilets are at McDonalds on Midland Hwy Mooroopna.

Enclosed footwear, a hat and a drink bottle are recommended.
