The Bowls Victoria Novice State Carnival is a bowls event specifically for new bowlers, who have been bowling for three years or less.
Round 1 each day commences at 9.00am, round 2 at 11.30am and round 3 at 2.30pm, at multiple clubs around the region.
The Carnival includes Men's and Women's Singles, and Open Pairs events. Spectators welcome!
