Qigong brings you into yourself, allowing the demands of life to fall away, and leave you feeling calm, grounded and more present. It is akin to Tai chi using standing postures with flowing movements.
Qigong always a sense of being present which is the place of healing and allowing. This then may reduce anxiety, temper strong emotions and it may even assist regular breathing and improve overall health. Each session concludes with some quiet sitting to integrate the peace of the practice.
